Ordered two pair of shoes, sizing was bad however when I put the insoles in it was better. Still, even just walking around on my living room carpet the little toe on the left foot cramped badly.
They were very easy to put in the shoes and felt great.

It is all about the experience. When I purchased the shoes and at the last minute the web page asked if you want the arch-support I said yes. Unfortunately, I didn't see that I needed to change the size to fit a size 9. I assumed that the shipper would have realized that a size 9 would not take a XS insole.
I like the feel of the plain shoe. But if you step on a rock or something it hurts. The insoles help with that. So I end up switching them in and out. Depends on what and where I’m doing.
