At Barevita Footwear, your comfort is our top priority. We want you to love your new shoes, but we understand that sometimes a pair just isn't the perfect fit. We have designed our return and exchange process to be as fair, transparent, and hassle-free as possible.


Our 30-Day Comfort Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, exchange, or refund.

To be eligible, items must be unworn (trying them on indoors to check the fit is perfectly fine!), unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags attached.


Hassle-Free Alternatives (Highly Recommended)

Our main fulfillment center is located overseas. Because international return shipping can be expensive and time-consuming for our customers, we are thrilled to offer faster, cost-effective alternatives that save you the trouble of shipping items back:

  • Partial Refund: Keep the shoes (we warmly encourage donating them to a local charity) and receive a partial refund directly to your original payment method.
  • Free Exchange: Need a different size? We will gladly set up a free exchange to get the right fit to your door. Please note that if you are exchanging multiple items, a small handling fee may apply.
  • Discount Code: Keep the current pair and receive a generous discount code to use toward any future purchase from our collection at your convenience.

Standard Return Process

If you prefer to physically return the item for a standard refund, please be aware of the following conditions:

  1. Initiate the Return: Email your return request to support@trybarevita.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Return Location: We will provide you with the exact return address of our overseas fulfillment center.
  3. Shipping Costs: The customer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs, including any international postage rates and customs fees. 
  4. Trackable Shipping Required: You must use a trackable shipping service and provide us with the tracking number. We cannot process refunds for returned items that are lost in transit without proof of tracking.

(We do not charge any restocking fees.)

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please note that international transit and processing times may vary.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our footwear. If your shoes arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect, we will send you a brand-new replacement pair completely free of charge. Please contact us at support@trybarevita.com within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the defect, and we will make it right immediately.

Order Accuracy & Shipping Liability

To ensure your shoes reach you safely, please review your shipping information carefully at checkout:

  • Address Errors: If you notice an error in your shipping address, please report it to us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can correct it before shipment.
  • Lost Packages: We are not liable for lost or stolen packages if the carrier's tracking information shows that the item was successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.
