If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, exchange, or refund.
To be eligible, items must be unworn (trying them on indoors to check the fit is perfectly fine!), unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please note that international transit and processing times may vary.
We stand behind the quality of our footwear. If your shoes arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect, we will send you a brand-new replacement pair completely free of charge. Please contact us at support@trybarevita.com within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the defect, and we will make it right immediately.
