As a Customer Support Specialist at Barevita, you’ll be the friendly voice behind our brand. You’ll assist customers with product questions, order issues, and general inquiries — always ensuring a smooth, positive experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and empathetic support via email and chat

• Handle returns, exchanges, and product-related questions

• Communicate customer feedback to internal teams

• Maintain brand tone and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

• Excellent written English and communication skills

• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities

• Experience with Shopify or e-commerce support is a plus

2. E-Commerce Operations Assistant

About the Role:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Assistant to help keep Barevita running smoothly. You’ll assist with order processing, inventory updates, and daily coordination between our logistics partners and customer support team.

Responsibilities:

• Process online orders and coordinate with fulfillment centers

• Update product stock and availability in Shopify

• Support marketing and logistics teams with reports and data

• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Basic understanding of Shopify or similar platforms

• Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn

3. Social Media & Content Creator

About the Role:
Do you have a passion for storytelling and lifestyle branding? As our Social Media & Content Creator, you’ll craft engaging, visually appealing content that reflects the Barevita ethos — natural, comfortable, and confident.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and publish social media content

• Collaborate with our design and marketing teams

• Manage community engagement across platforms

• Track analytics and optimize content performance

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of brand tone and visual storytelling

• Experience with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite

• Up-to-date with current social media trends

4. Product Development Coordinator

About the Role:
Barevita is built on innovation and foot health. As our Product Development Coordinator, you’ll collaborate with designers and podiatrists to refine existing models and bring new, ergonomic footwear concepts to life.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between design, production, and research teams

• Conduct market and competitor analysis

• Ensure materials and prototypes meet our comfort and sustainability standards

• Support testing, sampling, and product documentation

Requirements:

• Background in product design, fashion, or biomechanics preferred

• Excellent project management and communication skills

• Passion for health, sustainability, and functional design
