SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
Certain products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit sales to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction and to limit quantities. All descriptions or pricing are subject to change at any time at our sole discretion. We make reasonable efforts to display product colors/images accurately, but cannot guarantee your device’s display.
SECTION 6 - ORDERS, BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We may refuse any order and may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order (including orders using the same account, payment card, billing and/or shipping address). If we change or cancel an order, we may notify you via the contact details provided at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update details so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.
SECTION 7 - SHIPPING, RISK OF LOSS AND CUSTOMS
We ship to the address provided at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Customs/Duties (incl. U.S. orders): Duties, taxes and import fees—if any—may be charged at checkout or by the carrier upon delivery. By placing an order, you authorize the carrier or customs broker to act as your agent for customs clearance and payment of duties/taxes where applicable. Final charges and clearance times are set by customs/carriers. We are not liable for delays caused by customs or the carrier.
SECTION 8 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We offer a 30-day return window from delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
To start a return, contact support@trybarevita.com and await instructions. Returns sent without approval may be refused. Unless a product is defective or we made an error, original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is at your expense. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
SECTION 9 - WARRANTY AND DEFECTS
Products will conform in all material respects to their description. If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will assist with a replacement or refund per this policy.

We may provide access to third-party tools on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties. Our Service may include materials from third parties and links to external sites. We are not responsible for third-party materials, websites or services.

SECTION 15 - PRODUCT USE AND SLIP-RESISTANCE DISCLAIMER
Some models may feature outsoles engineered for enhanced traction. No footwear can guarantee slip or fall prevention on all surfaces or under all conditions. Traction depends on factors including floor material, surface contaminants (water, oil, dust), user weight and gait, speed and environmental conditions. Certain products may have a factory finish that requires a short break-in period to reach optimal grip. We disclaim liability for injuries or damages resulting from slips, trips or falls while wearing our products. Always exercise caution on wet, oily, icy or uneven surfaces.
